SHIPPING FEES

Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and range from $10.00 - $25 per order depending on quantities ordered. Our small mixes weigh approx 350g per bottle and our large mixes approx 700g per bottle. 

The best part......order over $180 and we'll ship your order for FREE Australia wide!

We offer Standard and Express Shipping options which are both available to select at checkout.

TURN AROUND

Our range of Baking Mixes are all small batch handmade to order. Currently orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of receiving an order through our website. Unless otherwise stated in the product description or a "Pre-Order Only" product has been purchased, at which point orders will be dispatched at the time frame specified.

If you require your items prior to a certain  date please let us know. Also kindly consider using our express shipping option for  urgently required orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary from location to location. We are located in Sydney. All Sydney Metro deliveries are estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days with delivery to other capital cities usually within 3 business days. Please allow up to 7 days for rural areas.

During peak periods (i.e the lead up to Christmas) we recommend ordering 2-3 weeks early to avoid any disappointment with delivery delays which are out of our control.

TRACKING

Dispatch notification will be sent to you containing your tracking number and shipping carrier. Should you encounter any issues with delivery please contact the carrier and quote your tracking details. Should you continue to encounter further issues please feel free to contact us, we are only too happy to help ensure you receive your precious delivery.

Sweet Health products are delivered via Australia Post and our chosen couriers. All orders are packaged snuggly with each bottle or gift pack individually wrapped and packaged to ensure a safe delivery.
