Because turning 10yrs old is kind of a big deal we thought we'd celebrate and what better way than with a dedicated Baking Mix or 2!!

10th CELEBRATIONS COOKIE MIX

It's our birthday and we created a Cookie Mix to celebrate - what more can I say.  Fun, easy-to-bake and adorable looking. 

We just know you are going to love baking, gifting and sharing these around. 
Containing our Signature Cookie Mix Base, topped with our Signature pastel blend Choc Drops - and dressed in our Signature label, Kraft paper topper, jute twine and an instructional swing tag (containing - ingredients, allergens, nutritional information and most importantly how to bake method!).

ARE THEY EASY TO MAKE?

Yes absolutely, you don’t need to be a master baker to bake with our Cookie | Baking | Hot Chocolate Mixes!     

All our cookie mixes are very easy to bake, you simply add butter, egg yolk and a dash of vanilla essence (optional) and bake for 10 -15 minutes to make 6 or 12 delicious cookies. 

DO YOU USE AUSTRALIAN MADE INGREDIENTS?

Absolutely!! We are strong advocates for supporting Australian made ingredients.        We use genuine Nestle Smarties & Choc Bits in all our Smartie, Choc Chip & Hot Chocolate Mixes.                                            

Please note however that for custom coloured Cookie Mixes not all choc drop colours are available in Australian made so we do source non-Australian made choc drops for these mixes.

I CAN’T GET THE BROWN SUGAR OUT OF THE BOTTLE, IS THIS NORMAL?             

Yes, this can happen and is completely normal. Because we ship our little mixes all over Australia we pack our ingredients fairly tight inside our bottles; coupled with the fact brown sugar is prone to hardening you may need to use a butter knife to carefully loosen the ingredients prior to tipping out.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

You can expect a minimum of 4-6 months shelf life on all our cookie/baking/hot chocolate mixes

ARE THESE EASY TO BAKE?
Yes absolutely, no master bakers are required here to enjoy baking with our Cookie | Baking | Hot Chocolate Mixes! 

All our Cookie Mixes are super easy to bake; you simply add butter and egg yolk and bake for 10-15 minutes to make 6 or 12 delicious cookies. (Full recipe and how-to-bake instructions provided with each Mix)

Our Drink Mixes are equally as easy if not more so, by simply adding hot milk and stir for 5-10 minutes to make 2 or 4 decadent mugs of hot chocolate. (Full recipe and how-to-bake instructions provided with each Mix)

All our other Baking Mixes have the same simple step instructions and require minimal effort.

WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCED?
We are a small family business 100% Australian Owned and Operated. All our Baking Mixes are handcrafted in Sydney by owner and Baking-Mix-Maker-Extraordinaire Kelly in our private Sweet Health HQ. We support and source all ingredients and packaging materials from other small Australian businesses to the full extent possible. 

DO YOU USE AUSTRALIAN MADE INGREDIENTS?
Absolutely!! As above we are strong advocates for supporting Australian made businesses and ingredients. We use only Australian grown flour and sugar in all our Mixes and genuine Nestle Smarties & Choc Bits. From time to time additional ingredients may need to be sourced elsewhere if no suitable Australian Made option is available.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
You can expect a minimum of 4-6 months shelf life on all our Mixes and always extending beyond the season it is intended – unless of course stated otherwise.

CAN THESE BE SHIPPED INTERSTATE?
Yes absolutely – we ship our Mixes Australia Wide via Australia Post and our chosen couriers. Each Mix is packed tightly to avoid “mixing” of ingredients and wrapped in bubble wrap to provide protection during transit. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that something doesn’t go to plan during transit we just request a few quick photos of the issue and we are happy to look into it for you.

CAN I SEND THESE AS A GIFT?
Please do - after all that's what we had in mind when we created our range. If ordering as a Gift simply place your recipients Name & address as the Shipping address and we shall package your Gift up and send directly to them. Feel free to include a little message in our Notes section at checkout and we'll include it on a little Greeting Card for you.
