WELCOME TO OUR EXCITING RANGE OF "TAKE & BAKE" COOKIE MIX PARTY & EVENT FAVOURS

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ORDER?                                                                                 As early as possible please. In order to create our Themed Take & Bake Cookie Mix Favours we require a minimum of 6 weeks prior to party/event date. Left it too late? Please don’t hesitate to contact us at sweethealth@outlook.com.au to check if we can create a last minute order for you...you never know your luck.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I'VE ORDERED?
Production with fresh ingredients starts 4 weeks prior to your event date and delivery is set at 2 weeks prior to your event date. If you need the products earlier please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

WHAT IF I HAVE A GLUTEN FREE GUEST?                                                                       We can accommodate with a Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix. Simply order the TOTAL number of mixes you require (including the number of Gluten Free) and add a note to our notes section requesting a gluten free mix. All gluten free mixes will be dressed the same as your other mixes however will be a Choc Chip Gluten Free Cookie Mix instead of the coloured cookie mix listed here.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Of course, pickups are available from Cambridge Park (Sydney), please email us at sweethealth@outlook.com.au to arrange an appropriate time. Otherwise all deliveries are made through Australia post and our chosen couriers.

ARE THEY EASY TO MAKE?
Yes, our cookie mixes are very easy to bake, you simply add butter, egg yolk and a dash of vanilla essence (optional) and bake for 10 -15 minutes to make 6 delicious cookies. 

DO YOU USE AUSTRALIAN MADE INGREDIENTS?
Absolutely!! We are strong advocates for supporting Australian made ingredients.             We use genuine Nestle Smarties & Choc Bits in all our Smartie, Choc Chip & Hot Chocolate mixes.                                                                                                                     Please note however that for custom coloured cookie mixes not all choc drop colours are available in Australian made so we do source non-Australian made choc drops for these mixes.

ARE THESE EASY TO BAKE?
Yes absolutely, no master bakers are required here to enjoy baking with our Cookie | Baking | Hot Chocolate Mixes! 

All our Cookie Mixes are super easy to bake; you simply add butter and egg yolk and bake for 10-15 minutes to make 6 or 12 delicious cookies. (Full recipe and how-to-bake instructions provided with each Mix)

Our Drink Mixes are equally as easy if not more so, by simply adding hot milk and stir for 5-10 minutes to make 2 or 4 decadent mugs of hot chocolate. (Full recipe and how-to-bake instructions provided with each Mix)

All our other Baking Mixes have the same simple step instructions and require minimal effort.

WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCED?
We are a small family business 100% Australian Owned and Operated. All our Baking Mixes are handcrafted in Sydney by owner and Baking-Mix-Maker-Extraordinaire Kelly in our private Sweet Health HQ. We support and source all ingredients and packaging materials from other small Australian businesses to the full extent possible. 

DO YOU USE AUSTRALIAN MADE INGREDIENTS?
Absolutely!! As above we are strong advocates for supporting Australian made businesses and ingredients. We use only Australian grown flour and sugar in all our Mixes and genuine Nestle Smarties & Choc Bits. From time to time additional ingredients may need to be sourced elsewhere if no suitable Australian Made option is available.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
You can expect a minimum of 4-6 months shelf life on all our Mixes and always extending beyond the season it is intended – unless of course stated otherwise.

CAN THESE BE SHIPPED INTERSTATE?
Yes absolutely – we ship our Mixes Australia Wide via Australia Post and our chosen couriers. Each Mix is packed tightly to avoid “mixing” of ingredients and wrapped in bubble wrap to provide protection during transit. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that something doesn’t go to plan during transit we just request a few quick photos of the issue and we are happy to look into it for you.

CAN I SEND THESE AS A GIFT?
Please do - after all that's what we had in mind when we created our range. If ordering as a Gift simply place your recipients Name & address as the Shipping address and we shall package your Gift up and send directly to them. Feel free to include a little message in our Notes section at checkout and we'll include it on a little Greeting Card for you.
